Vineyard/Vintage Notes:  100% Amador County, 91% DeWitt Vineyard Shenandoah Valley Verdelho, 9% Fiddletown Vermentino.

Winemaker’s Notes:  This non oaked, partial Malo-Lactic Verdelho is produced in a fresh and light crisp dry style.  The grapes were picked when ripe but not over ripe producing a balanced enjoyable wine that goes well with food while not overpowering it.

Tasting Notes:  Made in a crisp delicate European style having clean aromas of honeydew melon, orange blossom, lemon, with a hint of toasted sesame seeds. This pretty wine has minerality on the back and finish and a firm acid structure throughout.  This balanced wine will accompany Asian food and light chicken or pork dishes.
