We invite you to join our 10-week Share and Pair Sundays springtime campaign.

Faced with tariffs, economic uncertainty, increased competition, and the existential threat of neo-prohibitionism, wine needs advocacy now more than ever.  The campaign focuses on the many magical aspects of wine—a natural agricultural product that enhances food, brings people together for conversation and friendship, serves as good cheer for toasts, and provides jobs in many sectors of the economy.  Here is the messaging behind the campaign:

Wine is a communal beverage that brings people together — a role it has had for thousands of years
Moderate wine consumption plays an authentic beneficial role in society, mitigating social isolation;
Wine is a natural agricultural product, born of a respect for Nature and the environment;
Wine protects rural communities, promoting jobs and tourism;
Wine is food’s natural partner at the table;
Wine and food are among the most basic foundations for living well.

This campaign commences this Sunday and concludes on May 25th. At Scott Harvey Wines, we will contribute by providing you with weekly ideas on gathering to enjoy some wine. It does not necessarily have to be on a Sunday; Sunday is merely a “state of mind.” To conclude this campaign, we will host a spring pairing with Amador Fork and Cork on May 25th at our winery in Shenandoah Valley.

An excellent way to welcome the spring season is to open a chilled bottle of Rosé wine and gaze upon the beautiful flowers just beginning to emerge.
