Wine Club Membership Policies

 You must be 21 or older to purchase and receive wine. By agreeing to this wine club membership, you must certify that you are 21 Years of age or older.

Ship to members; an adult signature, 21 years or older, is required at delivery time. It is strongly recommended that you have your wine shipped to a place of business rather than a residential one. This will help avoid any delays in deliveries.

Pick-up members, we request that you pick our wines up within 30 days of a billing cycle. If, at the end of 30 days following a billing cycle, you have two past releases in addition to the current release, we will arrange to have your wines shipped. Shipping charges will be billed to the card on file.

If you would like to authorize someone to pick up your wines on your behalf, please let us know so we can make notes in your membership account.

With advance and written notice, members may request to skip one shipment yearly. Membership holds longer than 6 months may result in cancellation.

Memberships can be canceled in writing or by phone and must be received 7 days before a wine club billing cycle.

Cancellations received during a wine club billing cycle and quarter will be effective following the end of the billing cycle and quarter.

To get the entire selection and benefit of our wines and wine club, we request a commitment of 4 shipments for quarterly members and 2 shipments for bi-annual members.

The winery reserves the right to substitute wines when necessary with wines of the same or greater value.

The winery reserves the right to return unpicked-up inventory and issue a store credit of equal value.
