In honor of National Learn About Butterflies Day, Scott Harvey Wines is hosting a screening of The Extraordinary Caterpillar, licensed through Homegrown National Park, a beautiful and inspiring film that shines a light on the hidden world of caterpillars — the tiny but mighty creatures that quietly sustain ecosystems, nourish wildlife, and transform into the butterflies we cherish. This documentary reveals the vital role caterpillars play in supporting biodiversity and reminds us just how extraordinary the smallest lives can be.
This intimate event is limited to just 60 guests.
Tickets are $25 (club members enjoy 20% off!), $5 of your ticket will support pollinator habitat restoration and educational efforts through Homegrown National Park
Evening Schedule
4:00 PM – Doors Open
Guests will be welcomed with a splash of wine and invited to stroll through our butterfly garden. Visit our interactive potting station, where Wine Club Manager Amanda will guide you in planting native butterfly host plant seeds to take home and grow in your own garden. While you’re here, be sure to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win special prizes.
5:00 – 7:00 PM – Private Film Screening
Enjoy The Extraordinary Caterpillar in our winery setting, complete with fresh popcorn to enjoy during the film. Additional wine will be available for purchase, along with fruit pies or pizza pie, coffee, and tea.
