Winemaker Notes
Having gone to winemaking school in Germany, I have always liked making European style sparkling wines (Sekt in German). I served my winemaking apprenticeship in the third oldest sparkling wine house in Germany and have produced sparkling wines ever since. This blend/cuvee was put on triage in March 2021. It fermented in the same bottle and was taken off triage/disgorged in November 2022.
