Spinach Salad with Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Spicy Cocoa Kissed Pork Tenderloin with Spinach Salad and Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Pair this fresh and lively salad with a variety of our fruit forward wines, including Zinfandel, Barbera, Syrah and our One Last Kiss Red Blend.

INGREDIENTS
Baby spinach leaves, washed and dried
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup dried cherry infused cranberries

In a large bowl, toss all ingredients and refrigerate.

DRESSING
2 tbsp. grapeseed oil
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. cherry infused balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and whisk until combined.  Drizzle on spinach salad, toss.  Serve with a variety of our favorite Zinfandel, Barbera and Syrah recipes, including the Spicy Cocoa Kissed Pork Tenderloin
