Lemon Pound Cake with Angel Eis

A wonderfully easy recipe to pair with our delightfully easy drinking Angel Eis.

INGREDIENTS
1 French Vanilla cake mix
1 3.4 oz package of Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
Fresh squeezed juice from one or two lemons and Angel Eis to equal 3/4 cup
3/4 cup canola oil
4 large eggs
Non-Stick cooking spray with flour


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray with flour
Mix all ingredients with hand mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, increase to medium speed for 2 minutes
Pour into bundt cake pan and bake for 55-60 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 8-10 minutes
Remove from bundt cake pan to wire cooling rack, and let cool completely
Drizzle with Angel Eis or your favorite Bundt Cake icing
Cut into wedges and serve
