Claudia’s Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
24 oz. chocolate chips (two kinds)
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups chopped nuts (any kind)

Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts and set aside. Next mix flour oatmeal (put small amounts into blender until it turns into powder), salt, baking powder and baking soda. Then mix all ingredients together. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets. Make golf ball sized cookies, 2″ apart, and bake at 375º F. for 8 minutes or test. Leave cookies out on cookie sheet for 5 minutes to cool before taking them off.
