Chocolate Gateau with Forte

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Scott Harvey Forté
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
3 oz. semi sweet chocolate
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt

Bring Forté to boiling. Reduce heat to warm and add butter and chocolate to melt. Blend with wire whisk. Beat egg yolks and sugar until blended. Alternately add flour and Forté in three parts until well blended. In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Turn into 10″ cake tin and bake at 325º F. for 30 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy with the remaining Scott Harvey Wines Forté.
